Brown Sugar Glaze For Ham


BROWN SUGAR GLAZE FOR HAM

Georgia

 

1 c. brown sugar

2 T. flour

½ tsp dried mustard

1/8 tsp. cinnamon        

3 T. water

3 T. vinegar

 

The directions say to put this on an hour before the ham is done, but I like to put it on from the beginning, makes it seep into the meat more. Yum! And don’t feel silly if you want to drink the sauce, it’s that good.
