Fruit Pizza


FRUIT PIZZA

Georgia

 

Crust

1 ½ c. butter

1 ½ c. sugar

¾ tsp. salt

¾ tsp. baking powder

¾ tsp. baking soda

3 eggs

3 c. flour

 

Cream butter and sugar. Add salt, soda, baking powder and eggs. Stir in flour. Bake at 375 10-15 minutes. Let cool.

 

Topping

11 oz. cream cheese

1 c. sugar

1 tsp. vanilla

1 container cool whip

 

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Fold in cool whip.

 

Top with fruit!!
